Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners to support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Sales strategy and execution:
  • Collaborate with other team members to integrate partnership opportunities into the overall sales strategy.
  • Drive sales through partners by developing joint business plans, setting targets, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance to optimize sales efforts and ensure target achievement.
Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and align on future initiatives.
  • Provide partners with the necessary training, support, and resources to maximize their effectiveness.
Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales partnership management.
Collaboration and Communication:
