Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is recruiting for a UK Ticketing Administrator role in Farringdon, London. You will deliver Partner Ticket Bank / Partner Ticketing services with a concierge-style approach from first enquiry to fulfilment.

You'll also support the UK Ticketing team with show reconciliation, invoice processing and sales reporting, in a busy admin-focused role requiring strong attention to detail and first-class communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing, venue operations, live events or related operational roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners and stakeholders.
• Strong literacy and numeracy with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day partner-facing contact for Partner Ticket Bank / Partner Ticketing.
• Manage the shared mailbox, acknowledge, log and progress requests promptly.
• Review ticket requests for required information and confirm details.
• Coordinate with Ticketing, ETMs and venues on availability, pricing and fulfilment.
• Maintain the Partner Ticketing tracker to reflect live status.
• Process non-ticket bank paid requests and arrange payment links as needed.
• Monitor show dates and fulfilment, escalate time-sensitive issues.
• Build relationships with ETMs and internal stakeholders for smooth workflows.
• Provide visibility to Marketing Partnerships on open requests and issues.
• Provide admin support to the event ticketing team and reconcile show day sales.
