Job summary
Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Event Manager for VIP Operations across our UK touring portfolio. Based in London with frequent on-site event delivery, you will coordinate VIP experiences, spaces, staffing and supplier management to ensure premium guest service and flawless delivery.
You will collaborate with tour coordinators, artist management and venues, advancing events, managing budgets, and upholding safety standards while helping develop standard procedures across the touring
Qualifications
- Experience delivering VIP experiences for live events, tours or hospitality environments.
- Strong project management, coordinating multiple events and deadlines.
- Proven ability to coordinate staffing, security, hospitality, access and F&B requirements.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of operational readiness for VIP events across UK touring.
- Coordinate local staffing, security, hospitality, access and on-site requirements.
- Liaise with international tour coordinators, venues, promoters and suppliers to confirm layouts and spaces.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage on-site budgets and expenditures.
- Provide post-event reports, feedback and continuous improvements.
