How You’ll Make an Impact:

As a Partner Program Coordinator, you will run the operational engine behind our global partner ecosystem. You’ll be the primary driver of program execution, ensuring that our partners are supported, our data is precise, and our regional stakeholders are aligned. From managing payout structures to building the dashboards that inform executive strategy, your work will directly enable the scalability of our global partnerships program.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • End‑To‑End Operations: Manage daily program execution, including the tracking and reporting of partner activities.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee commissions, invoice approvals, and partner payouts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Data Visualization: Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports that provide visibility into program performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance updates to leadership and regional stakeholders.
  • Process Evolution: Support high‑priority projects focused on operational scalability and process improvement.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product and more, to ensure partner alignment.

What Sets You Up for Success:

  • Relevant Experience: 2–4 years in partner programs, program coordination, or sales/marketing operations.
  • CRM Proficiency: Advanced hands‑on experience with Salesforce.
  • Global Mindset: Proven ability to work independently across time zones in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to organize complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
  • Communication Skills: Native‑level or professional fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Organizational Excellence: A track record of managing multiple moving parts without letting details slip through the cracks.

Bonus Skills to Stand Out (Optional):

  • Experience using Magentrix for partner relationship management.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish.
