Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking a UK-based Partner to drive growth across renewables, storage, transmission and energy systems. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and govern delivery from concept through decommissioning, focusing on onshore energy projects and EPCs in network construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Extensive knowledge of UK energy market (renewables, storage, and transmission markets)
• Proven success in consultancy with strong client relationship management and project delivery in the power sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in our T&D business.
• Build on existing client relationships with developers and investors in energy transmission and distribution and EPCs.
• Provide value-adding consulting advice and pragmatic solutions through feasibility, financing, consenting, post-consenting and construction stages.
• Prepare and deliver winning proposals and compelling presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Represent ERM at industry conferences, seminars and events to enhance visibility.
