  • Proven success in consultancy with strong client relationship management and project delivery in the power sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales in our T&D business.
  • Build on existing client relationships with developers and investors in energy transmission and distribution and EPCs.
  • Provide value-adding consulting advice and pragmatic solutions through feasibility, financing, consenting, post-consenting and construction stages.
  • Prepare and deliver winning proposals and compelling presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Represent ERM at industry conferences, seminars and events to enhance visibility.

Partner, Low Carbon Energy (Renewables, Transmission & Distribution & Energy Storage) UK&IERM, a global leader in sustainability consulting, is seeking a dynamic UK-based Partner to grow our end-to-end service offering across the energy project lifecycle (from concept through financing, consenting, construction, O&M and decommissioning) in renewables energy generation, storage, transmission and distribution.The RoleAs a Partner at ERM, you will be instrumental in driving our strategic direction and commercial growth in the UK. Your focus will be on onshore energy projects, notably transmission infrastructure including EPCs focused in network construction. Leveraging your extensive client relationships with major energy clients (primarily developers and investors) and your deep understanding of the low carbon energy transition, you will develop and expand trusted client relationships, generate new business, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact sustainability-led solutions. These responsibilities reflect the dual commitments of driving growth and providing governance in project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales in our T&D business.Build on your existing client relationships with developers of and investors in energy transmission (TSO) and distribution (DNO) and EPCs.Provide value-adding consulting advice and innovative, pragmatic solutions to support clients through feasibility, financing, consenting, post-consenting and construction stages of capital projects.
