Job summary

ERM is seeking an experienced Transport Director to lead and grow its Transport & Access capability across renewables, energy and major infrastructure sectors. You will provide strategic leadership, technical excellence, project delivery oversight and business development support for transport services, with focus on wind, grid, hydrogen and BESS projects.

Qualifications

• Deliver transport and access workstreams across renewables projects.
• Lead EIAs, DCOs and major infrastructure planning inputs.
• Experience with onshore/offshore wind, grid, and heavy transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and acting expert witness when required.
• Direct route studies, feasibility, and access design for complex sites.
• Lead client relations and business development in renewables transport.
