Job summary

ERM is seeking a UK-based Partner to lead and grow our low carbon energy consenting services across the UK. You will leverage extensive client relationships with major energy developers and investors to win multi-disciplinary engagements, deliver high-impact environmental assessments, and guide projects from concept through financing and delivery.

Based in London, Manchester, Cardiff or Edinburgh, you will shape strategy, manage significant bids, and drive governance and profitability while

Qualifications

• BSc / MSc in a relevant field; RTPI advantageous.
• At least 15 years of professional consulting experience, with client development and sustainable digital solutions.
• Deep expertise in EIA and UK infrastructure consenting regimes (NSIP, ICO, TCPA equivalents).

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and governance in project delivery as Partner in charge.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver sustainability-led solutions.
• Manage personal sales, billability, pipeline growth, profitability and cash collection.
