Job summary

Lumeg Recruitment in Cardiff is seeking a driven New Business Partner Executive to join the in-house sales team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on connecting with prospective partners to grow a trusted network in the home moving sector, working from the office five days a week.

You will engage in inbound and outbound enquiries, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the company's growth through proactive prospecting and effective communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• B2B and B2C sales experience with the knowledge to sell to different customers.
• Strong opening and closing skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated and goal-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of direct outbound telemarketing with email marketing.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries to prospective companies to join the partner network.
• Build strong relationships with potential new partners.
• Make multiple calls and send multiple emails daily to maximise conversion.
• Some account management responsibilities.
• Grow the business partner network by direct telemarketing.
• Be adaptable and able to sell to different types of prospects.
