Job summary

Culina Group Limited is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support the Customer Services and Network Services teams, delivering high-quality service to Partners, Customers of Partners and internal stakeholders.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm, with some occasional Saturdays. Salary: £29,273 per annum with opportunities to develop within a nationwide distribution network.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
• Calm and methodical under pressure with a structured approach.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional and courteous communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with internal departments.
• Good problemsolving skills with a view to best-practice enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for Partner accounts and network services inquiries.
• Resolve problems for partners, customers and internal departments.
• Meet customer and client expectations and SLA targets.
• Collate information for Partner KPI packs and internal reporting.
• Ensure accurate timely data for stakeholders.
• Maintain a high level of customer/Partner focus.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal service.
• Assist with partner agreements in manager's absence.
• Support event coordination when required.
• Monitor partner/operations queries for timely solutions.
