Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to help drive an expanding practice. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years’ PQE, an excellent track record, and an established client following to support a growing unit.

The role involves handling complex employment matters, including contracts, settlements, TUPE, and disputes, across a variety of corporate transactions and projects, with a strong focus on quality and career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years PQE in employment law.
• Excellent track record and client following.
• Experience with TUPE, contracts, settlements and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Advise on employment matters including contracts, settlements, TUPE, and disputes.
• Contribute to setting up an employment law unit within the firm.
• Manage corporate transactions & special projects involving employment issues.

The workload will be varied across corporate transactions, special projects and insolvency, whilst providing advice on employment matters such as contracts, claims, settlement agreements and TUPE issues.
