Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a Partner to lead its Employment Team, based in Edinburgh or Glasgow. A senior, highly experienced lawyer with at least 7 years’ PQE in employment law is required. Following is desirable but not essential, and will strengthen candidacy.

The partner will oversee complex employment matters, immigration issues, and strategic advisory services for clients in a leading UK law firm.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ PQE in employment law.
• Strong background in employment law and related advisory work.
• Experience leading teams or departments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Employment Team at a top UK firm based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
• Provide expert advice on employment and immigration matters, including contracts and negotiations.
• Oversee workplace policies, disputes, and tribunal proceedings as a senior partner.

The team of specialized lawyers provides expert legal advice on employment and immigration matters, including employment contracts and negotiations, workplace rights, tribunals, grievance proceedings, policies, and employment disputes.
