Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a senior Employment Lawyer to join the busy Glasgow Employment Team. The role involves handling all aspects of employment law, including contract drafting, negotiations, and advisory work.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years PQE with extensive employment law experience and be able to manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in employment law with solid knowledge of UKLaw.
• Experience advising on breaches, dismissals, damages and privacy issues.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate employment contracts.

Our client, a leading Scottish Law Firm, has instructed us on a senior employment role, based within its busy Glasgow office. The firm is currently recruiting an experienced Lawyer to join their dedicated Employment Team.

This is an interesting and varied role, and the successful candidate can expect to be involved in all aspects of employment law, including drafting and negotiating employment contracts, advising on breaches, wrongful dismissal, damages claims, privacy rights and background checks. The ideal candidate will have upwards of 5+ years’ PQE with extensive knowledge and experience in employment law.
