Qualifications

• Maths/English GCSE or equivalent.
• NVQ 2 in Administration; NVQ in Customer Service; ECDL.
• Experience in ward duties or health care environment is desirable.

Responsabilités

• First point of contact for patients, relatives and visitors to the Ward.
• Provide efficient clerical support to nursing staff on the Ward.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional telephone manners for patient care inquiries.
• Desirable WPAS knowledge; full training will be provided.
