Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (North Wales Cardiac Centre, Ysbyty Glan Clwyd) is seeking a part-time Booking Clerk (Band 3) to support the Cath Lab and Cardiac Physiology administration team. The role is 15 hours per week (Mon and Fri; hours alternate weekly between 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm) with pro rata annual salary.

Welsh language ability is essential for this post and applications in Welsh are welcomed.

Competenze

• English and Mathematics to GCSE or equivalent level.
• NVQ level 3 Customer Care or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Previous clerical / reception experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in person and over the telephone.

• Provide professional, accurate administrative support to facilitate the booking service for diagnostic clinics.
• Book patients in line with local and national access targets.
• Handle sensitive and confidential patient information with discretion.
• Prioritise workloads in a busy clinical admin environment.
• Work with the team to ensure efficient reception and administrative operations.
