CVS Vets is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our two-site practice in Norfolk/Suffolk countryside. You will manage front-desk duties, answer calls, greet clients, and handle insurance forms while maintaining a welcoming client journey. The role offers flexible, part-time shifts and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist is a must.
• Strong communication and genuine empathy are essential.
• Ability to handle emotional situations with grace and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Respond to queries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.
• Greet and register new clients, ensuring a warm welcome.
• Process and manage insurance forms efficiently.
• Distribute medications as required and process payments accurately.
• Provide empathetic client support during distressing times.
