• You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a welcoming, professional experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with attention to detail and service focus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy veterinary reception setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment bookings and handle enquiries and payments.
• Support with general administrative tasks and banking duties.
• Assist with medication dispensing and liaise with clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
