Job summary

Stratstone Glasgow Mercedes-Benz is recruiting a Sales Administrator on a part-time basis (25 hours/week) for a 6-month fixed term contract. You will support the sales team by processing vehicle orders, registrations and handover documentation, while handling invoicing and warranty registrations with precision.

We seek an organised, detail-oriented administrator with Excel and digital systems skills. Automotive experience is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background in administration in a busy environment
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and digital systems for data and documentation
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay focused
• Keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy in orders and paperwork
• Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicle orders, registrations and handover documentation are accurate and up to date
• Manage registration and taxation for new vehicles, ensuring correct completion first time
• Collaborate with the sales team from enquiry to handover to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Process invoices and register manufacturer warranties, keeping compliant records across systems
