Job summary

Lind Group Holding Company Ltd is seeking a part-time Sales Administrator for Porsche Centre Tonbridge. The role runs 4 days a week, Monday to Friday with Wednesdays off, 08:30am–17:30pm. The ideal candidate is highly organised, with strong admin skills and excellent communication, and experience in automotive administration is preferred.

Responsibilities include managing vehicle administration, orders, stock files, and all sales paperwork to support the dealership team.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent administration skills.
• Great communication and attention to detail.
• Automotive administration experience preferred but not essential.
• Quick learner and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient administration of all vehicles for the dealership sales department.
• Check accuracy of orders against current specification codes for standard and factory fitted equipment.
• Monitor vehicle availability and transit to the dealership.
• Collate and record all new vehicle delivery information.
• Create files for all vehicles into stock with details and internal paperwork.
• Ensure all vehicle paperwork is correct and loaded onto customer file.
• Prepare and complete all sales paperwork in a timely manner.
