Stratstone Maidstone BMW/MINI is seeking a proactive Vehicle Administrator to ensure vehicle orders, registrations, and handover documentation are completed accurately and on time. You will support the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the process.

Ideal candidates have a strong administration background, proficient Excel and CRM skills, and attention to detail. Automotive experience is a plus, with opportunities for development within a fast-paced dealership

Formación

• Strong background in administration in busy environments.
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and digital systems for data, reporting, and documentation.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay accurate under pressure.
• Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all vehicle orders and handover documentation are accurate and complete.
• Manage registration and taxation for new vehicles.
• Support the sales team from enquiry to handover, delivering a smooth customer experience.
• Process invoices and register manufacturer warranties.
