Job summary

Listers Group Limited is currently recruiting a Vehicle Sales Administrator for our Volkswagen Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role runs 8.30am–5pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week) with a basic salary up to £32,000 plus a monthly bonus.

You will support the retail sales team by ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. We are looking for an organised administrator who can process vehicle orders, tax vehicles, collate finance paperwork, and track orders, while

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Vehicle Sales Administration would be advantageous.
• Experience in a busy administrational role acceptable with training provided.
• Excellent communication and high attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Process customers’ vehicle orders and related administration.
• Tax vehicles, collate finance paperwork and track orders.
• Communicate between customers and internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.
• Prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
