Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a part-time Training & Development Coordinator for the JD Outdoor site in Middlewich. You will deliver inductions, coordinate operational training, and ensure all legal and operational training requirements are met while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

The role is 22.5 hours weekly, Wednesday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with flexibility. Salary up to £19,000 per annum plus a benefits package including dental insurance and pension.

Qualifications

• Deliver engaging inductions and operational training programmes.
• Ensure all mandatory, operational, and legal training requirements are completed and accurately recorded.
• Maintain training records and training matrices to support compliance and operational excellence.
• Act as a learning and development champion, coaching and supporting colleagues to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging inductions and training programmes for new and existing colleagues.
• Maintain training records and matrices to support compliance and excellence.
• Support colleagues in achieving competency sign-off against SOPs/SSOWs.
• Promote safety and compliance culture across the site.
• Provide training insights and updates to management.
