GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Training Instructor for our ASOS site in Barnsley. The role focuses on delivering high-quality training, coaching and compliance activities to support a safe, skilled and high-performing workforce.

You will work with site managers and teams to ensure colleagues have the knowledge and confidence to perform at their best while upholding safety and continuous improvement. The role is full-time and permanent, with Friday to Monday 17:00–03:00 shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coach and support colleagues to achieve competence.
• Strong data management for training records and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions to support colleague development and operational performance.
• Coach and support colleagues to achieve and maintain operational competence.
• Monitor and maintain training compliance and associated records.
• Work closely with operational teams to identify and address training needs.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, safety and excellence across the site.
