GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Training Instructor for our ASOS site in Barnsley. The role focuses on delivering high-quality training, coaching and compliance activities to support a safe, skilled and high-performing workforce.
You will work with site managers and teams to ensure colleagues have the knowledge and confidence to perform at their best while upholding safety and continuous improvement. The role is full-time and permanent, with Friday to Monday 17:00–03:00 shifts.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,853.25 plus night shift premium per annum, and 250.8 hours annual leave (including bank holidays).
