GXO Logistics, Inc. in Northampton is seeking two MHE Trainers to join our new retail distribution operation. This 37.5-hour role operates on a rotating any 5 from 7 shift pattern, delivering high-quality MHE training to ensure colleagues are competent and compliant.
You’ll train on LLOP, PPT and other equipment, conduct assessments, and support inductions and coaching across site while maintaining training records to meet compliance standards.

Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for two MHE Trainers to join our new retail distribution operation in Northampton. This is a purpose‑designed, high‑volume site servicing over 250+ stores, where safety, accuracy and performance are critical - and where your training expertise will help shape how the operation runs from the very start. Working closely with the Operations and L&D teams, you’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality MHE training, ensuring colleagues are competent, confident and compliant in a busy, MHE‑heavy environment.
This is a full‑time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating any 5 from 7 shift pattern (Sunday–Thursday & Monday–Friday). Your hours of work will also rotate weekly between 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.
You’ll be paid a salary of £30,060.50 per annum, which includes a £2000 responsibility allowance. You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
