Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Middlewich is seeking a part-time Training & Development Coordinator to deliver inductions and coordinate operational training for new and existing colleagues, ensuring all legal and operational training requirements are met.

Working 22.5 hours across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 09:00 to 17:00, with flexibility, this role focuses on maintaining training records, supporting continuous learning, and partnering with site stakeholders to identify development needs.

Qualifications

• Deliver inductions and operational training for new and existing colleagues.
• Maintain training records and matrices to support compliance.
• Act as a learning champion, coaching colleagues to reach potential.
• Collaborate with site stakeholders to identify training needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging inductions and training programmes.
• Ensure all mandatory and legal training is completed and recorded.
• Maintain training records and matrices for compliance and excellence.
• Coach colleagues to reach competency sign-off against SOPs/SSOWs.
• Produce training reports and share insights with management.
