GXO Logistics is seeking a part-time Training & Development Coordinator for the JD Outdoor site in Middlewich. You will deliver inductions, coordinate operational training, and ensure all legal and operational training requirements are met while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
The role is 22.5 hours weekly, Wednesday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with flexibility. Salary up to £19,000 per annum plus a benefits package including dental insurance and pension.

This is a part-time, permanent role, and working 22.5 hours, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 09:00 to 17:00. Flexibility is required with this role.
