Job summary

Pearson VUE operates a global network of test centres and seeks a Test Centre Administrator in Lincolnshire (Boston). The role supports exam delivery with a focus on security and customer service in a quiet testing environment.

You will join a diverse team, handling check-ins, ID verification and exam procedures, with shifts across early mornings, evenings and weekends. Week-to-week hours are flexible, with transport considerations considered.

Qualifications

• Must have school qualifications in English and Maths.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is advantageous.
• Flexible to work different days and times; availability Mon–Sat.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Verify IDs and explain exam rules/process.
• Invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot with IT and other internal departments when needed.
• General housekeeping duties in the Test Centre.
