Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a Test Centre Administrator in Grimsby, UK. This part-time, on-site role requires you to support exam delivery, greet candidates, check IDs and invigilate tests in a busy centre.

You will work a minimum of 10 hours per month, with a pay rate of £13.60/hour, paid monthly in arrears and 12% holiday pay. Flexibility to cover shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Welcome, greet and check-in candidates.
• Comply with exam security procedures and company policies.
• Verify candidate IDs and explain exam rules.
• Invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with IT or Centre staff.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
