Pearson VUE in Peterborough is hiring a part-time Test Centre Administrator to join our global assessment network. You will welcome and check-in candidates, follow security procedures, and ensure smooth testing operations.

The role requires flexibility, Saturday shifts, and a minimum of 33 hours per month; the pay is £13.60 per hour and benefits include exposure to a world-class testing environment and strong team support.

Qualifications

• School qualifications in English and Maths.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Comply with exam testing security and procedures and follow company policies.
• Verify customer/candidate identification and explain the exam testing process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams/tests.
• Troubleshoot IT issues in the Test Centre with internal teams.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
