Job summary

Mobile Testing Solutions Ltd (MTS) is seeking a part-time Test Administrator in Guildford to support IELTS and other exams. You will set up rooms, monitor test delivery, and ensure exams run securely with proper procedures.

The role requires basic IT knowledge, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible Saturdays. Training and safeguarding compliance are part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have secondary education or equivalent.
• Proficient in English (CEFR B2+).
• Comfortable with common IT hardware and software.
• Meticulous, organized and able to multitask.
• Calm under pressure and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day exam delivery for IELTS and other exams.
• Set up exam rooms and arrange furniture according to attendance.
• Provide basic IT support for exam terminals and equipment.
• Maintain exam security and integrity of examinations.
• Support cross-selling or up-selling MTS products when appropriate.
• Report to the Senior Test Administrator.
