Job summary

Wise Monkey Recruitment ltd is seeking a friendly and confident Temporary Customer Service & Telesales Assistant for an office-based role in Dorking. The position is part-time, three days per week, up to 21 hours, with an initial 4-week term and potential extension.

You will contact customers by phone and email, assist with online submissions, answer questions, and support users through the process. Training is provided; English language and data-entry accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly and confident in spoken communication.
• Organised, proactive with strong follow-up.
• Able to communicate with customers internationally.
• Experience in telesales or customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Call previous and potential customers by phone.
• Follow up with people who started online submissions.
• Answer questions and provide information clearly and confidently.
• Help customers navigate the online platform and complete submissions.
• Follow up by email with information and links.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes and follow-ups.
• Manage the customer database and keep information up to date.
• Escalate technical or complex queries as needed.
• Work towards agreed call and conversion targets.
