Job summary

HR GO Group in Aylesford, Kent, is seeking a friendly Sales Administrator (Part-Time) to join our office-based team. This temp-to-perm role offers 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and an immediate start for the right candidate.

You will process orders, take payments, handle enquiries by phone and email, prepare quotes and invoices, and support the Office Manager. The ideal candidate has strong customer service, good IT skills, and the ability to learn our

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Taking secure customer payments.
• Providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email.
• Recording customer enquiries and resolutions in line with procedures.
• Preparing sales quotations, invoices and other sales docs.
• Supporting the Office Manager with daily admin tasks.
• Liaising with colleagues to ensure orders are fulfilled.
• Assisting with dispatch and delivery enquiries.
• Providing general admin support to the sales team.
