Job summary

Change Grow Live is seeking a motivated Team Leader to oversee a team of Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinators in Norfolk. The role is part-time (18.75 hours per week) with regular travel across the county and a requirement for a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

You will lead, support and develop staff while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. The role includes line management, safeguarding, recruitment and ongoing staff development, with pro-rata salary for part-time

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge and experience of developing and leading health and social care services.
• Significant experience leading teams with families involved with social care.
• Knowledge of current safeguarding legislation and practice.
• Able to lead, inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational line management of the team, including supervision, appraisal and performance management.
• Empower staff to promote hope, empowerment and choice for service users.
• Ensure safeguarding practices identify at-risk service users and families.
• Support staff to improve service user outcomes through feedback and observed practice.
• Lead recruitment, selection and induction of staff.
