Job summary

Change Grow Live is recruiting a Recovery Coordinator to support individuals affected by drugs and alcohol across Norfolk. You will manage caseloads, deliver recovery-focused interventions and coordinate care with partners to help service users achieve meaningful change.

Based in Great Yarmouth, the role is 37.5 hours per week, permanent full-time. Travel is required; a driving licence and vehicle are essential. The salary range is £28,557.79–£32,802.41 (CGL points 23–28).

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of substance misuse issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users through entry, treatment and recovery journey.
• Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning and onward referral.
• Reduce drug and alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community.
• Promote carer, service user and community involvement.
• Provide advocacy for access to partnership services.
• Support social reintegration, recovery, resilience and peer support.
• Research, design and prepare subject matter and materials for groups / pods.
• Deliver structured content within group settings to service users at various stages of recovery.
• Engage with debriefing and evaluations with co-facilitators after groups/pods.
• Tailor workshops around service user needs (e.g., anger management, sleep disorders).
