Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment Ltd are working with a welcoming primary school in Rushden to recruit a passionate Part-Time Primary Teacher from November. The role offers part-time hours during term time and pay in line with the MPS/UPS scale.

The ideal candidate holds QTS, has experience in a primary setting or is an ECT seeking to build classroom experience, and is capable of delivering engaging lessons while maintaining high teaching standards within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience delivering lessons in primary settings or as an ECT seeking to develop classroom practice.
• Ability to plan engaging, creative lessons and manage diverse learning needs.

The Role

The Ideal Candidate

• Have effective classroom and behaviour management skills
• Are adaptable, organised and confident working as part of a school team
• Have a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to children's education
• Work well collaboratively and contribute to a supportive staff environment
• Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one
