The Community Education Aquatics team is responsible for providing safe, high-quality swim lessons to all participants. Staff are required to communicate with students and families, clearly explaining expectations, lesson objectives, and outcomes.

Update and maintain swim staff handbook and emergency action plan following safety rules and regulations
Create and maintain lesson plans, certificates, and skills reports
Offer a high level of customer service to create access and opportunity for community engagement with the Aquatics Program
Work with Program Director to expand Aquatics offerings
