Job summary

Cygnet Group is hiring a Support Worker (Learning Disabilities) for Oakhurst Lodge. You’ll support residents to live independently, assist with daily routines, and participate in community activities. The role operates on a 7-day rota with 12h/10h/8h shifts within a 20-hour permanent contract.

Experience with autism/LD, compassionate nature, and strong teamwork are essential. DBS check is required, with full training provided and pathways for career development.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with residents and families.
• Flexible and enthusiastic attitude with genuine desire to help others succeed.

Responsibilities
