Job summary

Cygnet Group is hiring a Support Worker (Learning Disabilities) for Oakhurst Lodge. You’ll support residents to live independently, assist with daily routines, and participate in community activities. The role operates on a 7-day rota with 12h/10h/8h shifts within a 20-hour permanent contract.

Experience with autism/LD, compassionate nature, and strong teamwork are essential. DBS check is required, with full training provided and pathways for career development.

About The Role

Looking for a stable, rewarding career with great variety? Join our team on a 20-hour permanent contract, working 12-hour, 10-hour, or 8-hour day shifts across a 7-day rota.

What To Expect

• Around two weekends per month
• Early shifts from 7:15 am
• Later shifts finishing by 10:00 pm

Oakhurst Lodge is an 8-placement specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.
