Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
• Able to lead a small team and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day store operations by leading the shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support the team to deliver great service.
• Work on shop floor and tills, setting the pace for Team Members.
• Support merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
• Champion Co-op membership and community engagement.
