CO-OP is seeking a Customer Team Leader for a small store in the community. You will lead the team on shift, deliver great service and keep operations running smoothly on the shop floor and tills.

You’ll motivate colleagues, support merchandising and stock control, and promote Co-op membership while engaging with local communities and charities. The role offers part-time hours with overtime and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or team leadership.
• Able to coach and motivate others.
• Flexible with shifts and weekend work if required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day store operations by leading the shift.
• Motivate, coach and support the team to deliver great service.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills to drive efficiency.
• Support merchandising, stock accuracy and HR processes to improve store performance.
