Job summary

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader in Buxton. You will lead a small team, oversee store operations, and ensure excellent service while managing merchandising, stock, and community engagement. The role requires flexible shifts, including early mornings and evenings, and at least one weekend shift. You will drive membership growth and support online services as needed.
