Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure policies are followed and KPIs are understood and pursued.
