Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Exeter is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead the store team, support the Store Manager and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Working 3 to 4 days per week, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store and guiding colleagues in the absence of management.

You’ll coach and motivate colleagues, build product knowledge, drive sales and maintain stock availability, visual merchandising and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with the confidence to lead others.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Interest in health and wellness and willingness to learn product knowledge.
• Strong organisation and ability to make decisions in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, support Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and store goals.
• Coach and develop colleagues, building confidence and product knowledge.
• Complete Qualified to Advise training to provide health guidance.
• Drive sales, stock availability, merchandising and operational excellence.
• Support commercial performance through planning, cost control, compliance and safety.
