SHURGARD Europe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Farnborough for a part-time role (3 days). The position offers a guaranteed monthly salary (£16,560) with a monthly bonus and benefits, plus extensive training and opportunities for promotion to Store Manager and District Trainer.

You will advise customers in-store and across channels, rent storage spaces, drive merchandise sales and achieve targets, assist existing customers, and handle general administration and contracts to support

Qualifications

• Beneficial retail/sales experience in a store environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both alone and in a team.
• Reliable, honest and committed to duties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on site, over the phone, online and via email.
• Rent storage rooms, drive merchandise sales and hit targets.
• Support existing customers with queries and issues.
• Perform general admin tasks and manage contracts.
• Help ensure smooth operation of the stores.
