Job summary

British Heart Foundation in Fakenham is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run our fashion store. The role is a 6‑month fixed term contract, and you will work five days a week, including weekends and bank holidays, supporting the Store Manager and leading a team of volunteers.

You will drive excellent customer service, achieve store targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and contribute to stock planning and recruitment of volunteers.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• Must be available to work 5 days per week, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.

Responsibilities
