About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager and lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment. Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management, and operational excellence – with clear progression opportunities into Store Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a department and step up as Duty Manager when required
• Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs: sales, shrinkage, and wage control

• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always followed
• Analyse store data to identify areas for improvement and growth
