East West Hospitality's Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking a part-time Spa Concierge to warmly welcome guests and support daily spa operations. You will handle front desk duties, reservations, retail sales, and maintain a clean, inviting environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Experience with POS systems, reservations and scheduling, retail sales and upselling, and strong computer and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests, provide information about services and amenities, and assist with reservations and scheduling.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the spa boutique, relaxation lounge, and other guest areas, including opening and closing duties.
• Process spa and retail transactions accurately using the POS system and assist guests with boutique purchases and product recommendations.
• Restock and merchandise retail products while working toward spa retail sales goals.
• Monitor guest needs, address service concerns, and communicate issues to the appropriate team members.
• Provide support at the Fitness Desk and in other areas of the spa as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts based on business needs.
