Age UK Hartlepool is seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our team. The role covers delivering excellent retail service, driving sales, and deputising for the Shop Manager. The position is part-time, 16 hours per week across 7 days, including weekends, with a rota.

You will handle cash, support stock rotation, displays and shop upkeep in a friendly, customer-focused environment. We value equality and inclusion and offer benefits including pension and wellbeing options.
