Zusammenfassung

Age UK is seeking a Shop Supervisor for their Penwortham shop. You will help deliver a great retail experience, support sales targets and assist in the day-to-day running of the shop. The role involves stock rotation, display setup, and maintaining a professional Age UK presence on a rota basis.

The successful candidate will work 14 hours across a 7-day week, including weekends, and deputise for the Shop Manager when required. Age UK offers a supportive charitable environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in working in a customer facing role.
• Experience of cash handling.
• The ability to work as part of an effective team.
• Be able to lone work when needed.
• Ability to fulfil the stock-handling requirements of the role, including moving items weighing up to 10kg, with reasonable adjustments where needed.

• Deliver an excellent retail service, ensuring that every customer has a great shopping experience.
• Contribute towards maximising shop sales and profits and the successful day to day running of the shop.
